Headsup on CotP, there are TONS of overlapping quests and side quests. THO is fairly logical which missions begin when (most are when certain missions are finished), but CotP has many missions and side quests that become available when certain sub-mission objectives are reached and not necessarily when a mission is finished.
Whyfeel compelled to 100% it? If there is "good story content" that you skipped over that's one thing (I am going back and playing DLC right now from the games), but I don't see why deciding not to chase some digital coins should bother you, unless the reward is REALLY special-- i.e. legendary assassin robes or something, that profoundly affect how it feels
